Hot Buttered Rum

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. margarine softened
  • 1/4 lb. butter, softened
  • 1 lb. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 3/4 - 1 oz. rum
  • 4 oz. water

Preparation

Step 1

Beat all ingredients but ice cream, water and run, until fluffy. Add softened ice cream into a mug. Mix with 2-3 Tbl of mix with 3/4 - to 1 oz. rum and 4 oz. boiling water. Serve and enjoy
