Lemon-Thyme Trout

Ingredients
- 2 tsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. dry white wine
- 1 tsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 2-9 oz. trout filets
- 1/8 tsp. thyme leaves
- Dash salt and pepper

Step 1
Preheat grill on high. In a small mixing bowl combine margarine, wine, shallot, lemon juice and lemon peel. Spray 2 pieces heavy duty foil with PAM. Arrange a trout half, skin side down in center of each piece of foil. Spread each with half of the margarine mixture. Top with half of the thyme and the pepper. Enclose fish in foil, folding edges to seal. Set packets on rack and cook for 8-10 minutes. Remove from grill and let stand for 2 minutes.
