Tomato Avocado and Salami Bites (a low carb Paleo snack)

Ingredients

  • 12 pieces of salami
  • 1 avocado chopped
  • 12 grape tomatoes, sliced in half

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2.Press salami into a regular size muffin tin to form a cup.
3.Bake for 10-15 minutes, checking after 10 minutes to see if they are brown and crispy but not burnt.
4.Let salami cups cool a little and then fill with avocado and tomato.I like to chop up the tomatoes and avocado and add a splash of lemon juice and sometimes grated cheese.
5.Enjoy!
