Pie Crust

  • 6 c. white flour
  • 1 lb. shortening
  • Salt
  • 1 1/4 c. cold water

Preparation

Step 1

Cut in shortening and salt until crumbly. Slowly add water to make dough. Put out into amounts to make single or double crusts. Wrap in foil and freeze. Keeps well in freezer.
