Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. shortening
  • 1/3 c. water

Preparation

Step 1

Cut in shortening to the flour, baking powder and salt. Add water; mix. Divide. Roll out on floured board; makes enough for a 2 crusted pie or 2 singles.
