Libby's Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

• 1/4 C sugar
• 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
• 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
• 2 eggs
• 1 can Libby's pure pumpkin
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 1 pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves in a small bowl. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Grandually stir in evaporated milk. Bake as you would a regular pumpkin pie
