Ingredients
- 1 package white cake mix (regular size)
- 1-1/4 cups cold root beer
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tub Cool Whip
- 1 Cup Cold Milk
- 1 Package 3.9 oz. Vanilla Pudding
- 2-1/2 tsp. Root Beer Extract, divided
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, root beer, 1-1/2 tsp. root beer concentrate, oil and eggs. Beat on low speed for 2 minutes or stir by hand for 3 minutes.
Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack.
Beat pudding mix, milk and 1 tsp. root beer concentrate in large bowl with whisk for 2 minutes. Stir in COOL WHIP. Frost cake. Store in the refrigerator.
