Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • Dash salt
  • Dash cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Butter 8 or 9-inch pan. Add 1/2 cup of sugar to 4 cups of fruit and put in buttered dish. Mix flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Cut in softened butter. Add milk and put on top of fruit. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
