Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

• 1 c. boiling water
• 1 c. sugar
• 2 T. cornstarch
• 2 T. strawberry jello
• 1 qt. whole strawberries
• 1 baked pie shell or graham cracker crust
• Red cake coloring

Preparation

Step 1

Mix boiling water, sugar and cornstarch. Cook until clear, add Jello to hot mixture, stir and let cool. Add whole strawberries to pie shell. Pour glaze over berries. Serve with whipped cream. Red cake coloring to glaze to make it red if desired
