  • ground beef
  • sausage out of casings
  • tomato sauce
  • 15 ounces ricotta
  • 1/2 cup parm cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 1 egg
  • s and p
  • mix well
  • cooked and dried lasagna noodles cut in half
  • 12 full cooked lasagna noodles
  • shredded mozzarella

Preparation

Step 1

cook and drain meat.
mix with tomato sauce
spray a bunt pan and lay 12 full noodles inside bunt pan up center down bottom and out of pan. sprinkle shredded mozzarella then meat gravy mixture, then cooked cut noodles and then ricotta, more noodles and more meat/gravy. fold layers of noodles in and sprinkle with mozzarella. bake 375 for 45 minutes. cool until firm and flip onto plate. Sprinkle with more cheese. put tomato sauce in center to dip
