Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef -- browned
- 1 small onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup celery -- sauted
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 1 cup Chinese noodles
Preparation
Step 1
1. Put uncooked rice in buttered 8x8 pan and layer with browned hamburger and cooked onions. Add 2 soups. Add water/soy sauce mixture.
2. Cover with foil. Cook 1 hour at 350°F. Remove foil and add Chinese noodles and cook 15 minutes longer
