Mug Bread

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flax meal
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp almond milk
  • 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil or butter
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 packet (1.5 tsp) stevia
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Dash of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients in a mug and microwave for 2:20.

If you do not care to use the microwave, bake at 375 for approximately 10 minutes.
