Ingredients
- 2/3 cup honey
- 8 T unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/4 T ground nutmeg
- 3/4 t ground cinnamon
- pinch ground ginger
- pinch salt
- 5 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup almonds, chopped coarsely
- 1/2 cup almonds, chopped coarsely
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped coarsely
- 3 T maple syrup

Step 1
Place rack in the upper-middle of oven; preheat to 350 degrees.
Whisk honey, butter, spices and salt in a large bowl. Stir in the oats until evenly coated and transfer to a greased 9x13" baking dish.
Bake until oats are deep golden brown, about 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Remove from oven a d stir remaining ingredients into oats until combined and evenly coated with the maple syrup.
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
