Ingredients

    cup honey

  • 8

    T unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 1/4

    T ground nutmeg

  • 3/4

    t ground cinnamon

  • pinch ground ginger

  • pinch salt

    cups rolled oats

  • 1/2

    cup raisins

  • 1/2

    cup almonds, chopped coarsely

  • 1/2

    cup walnuts, chopped coarsely

    T maple syrup

Directions

Place rack in the upper-middle of oven; preheat to 350 degrees. Whisk honey, butter, spices and salt in a large bowl. Stir in the oats until evenly coated and transfer to a greased 9x13" baking dish. Bake until oats are deep golden brown, about 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from oven a d stir remaining ingredients into oats until combined and evenly coated with the maple syrup. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
