Ingredients
- 1 yellow onion, finely diced
- 3 boneless, skineless chicken breasts
- 16 oz pinto beans, drained
- 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
- 15 oz whole kernel corn, drained
- 28 oz tomato sauce
- 28 oz diced tomatoes, do not drain
- 1/4 cup taco seasoning
- 7 oz diced green chilies
- 2 pkgs dry ranch dressing mix
- 4 cups water

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place chicken on bottom of slow cooker and top with remaining ingredients. Stir to mix seasonings. Cook on low 4-5 hours.
2. Remove chicken and shred. Return it to the slow cooker and heat through. Serve with taco toppings.
