Ingredients

  • 1 -box yellow cake mix
  • 1-LARGE box INSTANT vanilla pudding ( prepare as directed on package)
  • 1-20oz. Can crushed pineapple. Do Not Drain
  • 2-20oz. Cans cherry pie filling
  • 1-large tub Cool-Whip, thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Bake cake as directed for 2-9" layers. Crumble one layer into bite size pieces into a trifle bowl.
Spread half of the pineapple and juice over cake.
Spread one can of pie filling , followed by half of the prepared pudding, then half of the Cool-Whip.
Repeat layers.
Refrigerate overnight.
