- Set aside to roll fish in; then roll in the beer batter:
- 1-cup flour
- 1-tsp. salt
- 1-cup flour 1-TBS. paprika
- 1 - can of beer

Roll fish in salt&flour
Then dip in beer batter ,fry as usual.
Batter will keep for several days in fridge.
