Sour Cream Raisin Pie

  • Filling:
  • 1 c. raisins, soaked in hot water a few minutes
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. heavy sour cream
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie crust; cover with second crust and bake in 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Then reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake for 20 minutes more.
