Balsamic Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 6 oz center cut salmon filets, skinned and boned
- 3/4 C. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbs. maple syrup
- 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Boil vinegar and next 3 ingredients in a small saucepan. Reduce heat and simer 12 mins. or until thickened; set aside. Arrange salmon on parchmetn lined lined baking sheets. Drizzle both sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake 8-10 mins. or until cooked thoroughly and flakes easily with fork. Drizzle salmon with glaze and serve immediately. YUM!
