Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 T. butter
- 2 T. flour
- 1 egg
- 4 c. sliced peaches
Preparation
Step 1
Cream sugar, butter and flour together. Add 1 beaten whole egg. Add 4 cups sliced peaches and mix. Pour into a single pie crust and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
