Custard Pie

  • 4 eggs, beaten slightly
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

Beat 4 eggs with sugar and nutmeg. Add milk and blend well. Pour into shell. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until filling no longer jiggles. Custard pies weep because they are cooked too fast.
