Ingredients
- 8 ounces of cream cheese softened
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup of sugar
- Refrigerated pie crust
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- Dipping glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbs water
- ½ tsp almond extract

Preparation
Step 1
Beat together cream cheese egg and sugar and set aside
take Refrigerated pie crust rolled out and Use round cookie cutter to cut out circles
Put nice dab of cheese cake filling in middle of each circle
Scoop about half of a small kitchen spoon of cherry filling onto cheesecake filling.
Fold in half, seal with a fork and put on cookies sheet lined with parchment paper
Poke a few holes in top of dough
Brush with egg wash
Sprinkle with coarse white sugar
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes
for the glaze dip-
mix well, 1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbs water
½ tsp almond extract
