Ingredients
- 2 heads lettuce
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 4 Roma tomatoes
- 1 bottle pickled cauliflower
- 1 C sliced radish
- 12 Italian pickled peppers
- 1 can pitted black olives
- Creole seasonings
- 1 jar pimiento-stuffed olives
- 1/3 C Italian dressing

Preparation
Step 1
Wash vegetables in cold water and drain. Break lettuce into bite-size pieces. Drain and discard juice of jar ingredients. Place all ingredients in a large salad bowl and season with Creole seasonings. Add dressing and toss well.
