  • 2 heads lettuce
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 4 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 bottle pickled cauliflower
  • 1 C sliced radish
  • 12 Italian pickled peppers
  • 1 can pitted black olives
  • Creole seasonings
  • 1 jar pimiento-stuffed olives
  • 1/3 C Italian dressing



Step 1

Wash vegetables in cold water and drain. Break lettuce into bite-size pieces. Drain and discard juice of jar ingredients. Place all ingredients in a large salad bowl and season with Creole seasonings. Add dressing and toss well.
