Ingredients
- 24oz jar of pasta sauce
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 15oz can of cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 2.5 oz of fresh baby spinach (about 3 cups) - this looks like a lot, but it cooks down in the broth
- 3 uncooked lasagna noodles, broken into small pieces
- Tube of sausage

Preparation
Step 1
1. Quickly chop spinach in food processor
2. Combine all ingredients (except lasagna noodles) in your slow cooker and cook for 6-8 hours on "low" setting.
3. Brown sausage in skillet. Drain.
4. Add noodles and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
