Ingredients
- 16 ozs cream cheese (cold)
- 10 tbsp. unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 5 cups confectionary sugar sifted
- 4 tbsp vanilla
- 8 tbsp heavy cream

Step 1
Combine the cream cheese and butter in the bowl of an electric mixer. Beat on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add confectioners' sugar and mix on low speed just until incorporated. Blend in the vanilla and heavy cream. Increase speed to med-high and beat 2-3 minutes. Put frosting in a pastry bag fitted with a large flat tip. Layer ice cream/frosting/ice cream till gone.
