• 6 Granny Smith Apples, peeled, sliced and cored
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 11/2 stick butter melted

Preparation

Step 1

Placed sliced apples in a 9x13 baking dish.Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon together and cover the apples with it.
Mix flour,salt,sugar and baking powder together and then rub the two egss in to make a crumble mixture. Sprinkle over apples. Pour melted butter over the crust.
bake st 375 until golden brown about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
