Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 T. minced parsley
- 2 (6-oz.) cans tomato paste
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 T. basil
- 3 c. cottage cheese
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 T. parsley flakes
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
- 1 pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 pkg. mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat. Add garlic, salt parsley, tomato paste, tomato sauce and basil and simmer. Cook noodles, drain and rinse with cold water. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, pepper, parsley and Parmesan cheese. Layer 1/2 noodles, 1/2 cottage cheese, 1/2 mozzarella cheese and 1/2 meat mixture. Repeat. Use a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 375. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
