Ingredients
- 11 Cups water
- 1 1/2 Lb. (3 cups dry) pinto beans
- 1 onion cut up
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2-1 bunch cilantro leaves
- 1 jalapeno
- 5 cubes chicken bullion
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. cumin
Preparation
Step 1
Sort and wash beans. Add all ingredients to Pressure Pro cooker. Cook on 99it then 7 additional minutes. Optional: Thicken with a small amount of cornstarch.
