Scallop Potatoes & Bologna

  • Potatoes
  • Bologna
  • Flour
  • Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Grease baking dish with butter. Peel and slice potates. Place a layer of potatoes alternatly with layer bologna. Add Salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon flour after each layer. Alternate until casserole is full. Add 1 cup of milk. Cook until potatoes are tender.
