Ingredients

  • One

    package yellow, white or chocolate cake mix (18.5 oz) or basic scratch cake recipe

  • One

    package flavored pudding mix of desired flavor

  • 4

    eggs

  • 1

    c. sour cream

  • 1/2

    c. canola oil

  • 1

    T. vanilla

  • 2

    T. liqueur of choice or espresso if making mocha cake

  • 1

    package semi-sweet morsels (12 oz) of desired flavor

Directions

Beat all ingredients except morsels in large bowl for 5 minutes. Add morsels, then spoon mixture into greased and floured 2-qt. Bundt pan. Bake 70 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar or drizzle with chocolate eclair glaze when cool.
