Ingredients
- 1 lg. can red salmon
- 3 oz. potato chips, crushed
- 4 T. butter
- 4 T. flour
- 2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
Step 1
Remove any skin or bone from salmon and flake. In saucepan, melt butter and blend in flour. Gradually add milk, cook and stir until thickened. Add flaked salmon. Grease a casserole dish and place a layer of crushed potato chips in bottom. Add a layer of salmon mixture. Repeat until all ingredients are used, topping with chips. Bake in slow 325 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
