Ingredients
- 3 (7 1/2-oz.) cans clams, minced (and broth)
- 1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 3 tsp. parsley, chopped fine
- 1/8 c. white wine
- 1/2 c. olive oil (or vegetable oil)
- 1 c. clam juice 3 cloves garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Saute the finely chopped garlic cloves in oil. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
