Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 sm. onions
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can mushrooms, cut up
  • 2 lg. cans Hunt's tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg. wide noodles, cooked
  • 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. sherry
  • 1 T. Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat; add salt, pepper, soups and tomato sauce. Cook celery and onion until tender and add to meat misture. Add noodles, sherry and grated cheese. (Save a little cheese for top.) Bake for 1 hour at 350.
