Ingredients
- 2 lbs. lean cubed beef
- 2 lbs. lean cubed pork
- 2 lg. cans LaChoy vegetable for chop suey
- 1 lg. can LaChoy bean sprouts
- 1 (5-oz) jar Bead molasses
- 1 sm. jar LaChoy sauce
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- Flour
- Water
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat; add celery and onion. Drain LaChoy vegetables and bean sprouts. Add to mean mixture. Add molasses and LaChoy sauce. Mix all together. Add enough water to almost cover. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 2 to 3 hours. Thicken with flour and water mixed together before serving. Serve over rice topped with Chinese noodles.
