Blintz Souffle

Ingredients

  • 2 packages blintzes, any flavor, defrosted
  • 1/4 pound butter, melted
  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in a 9 x 13 pyrex. Place blintzes over butter in 1 layer.
Blend other ingredients to well beaten eggs. Pour over blintzes. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until top starts to bubble.
