Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 16 oz. grated potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. milk
- 2 T. oleo Cheddar cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper. Remove from skillet and drain. Put 2 tablespoons oleo in skillet and grated potatoes. Then add the hamburger mixture. Beat 2 eggs in 1/3 cup milk and pour over all. Cook slowly about 25 minutes, covered, uncover and sprinkle cheese over all. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
