  • 1/2 cup 2% Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons 2% milk
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 - 3 teaspoons chipotle chile pepper in adobo sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 3 tablespoons very finely minced red bell pepper
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 teaspoon salt and the chipotle in a bowl or a blender; whisk or pulse until smooth, about 1 minute. Transfer to a bowl, then stir in the relish and bell pepper.
