- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 bone-in pork chops

Step 1
Stir together the brown sugar, the balsamic vinegar, the salt and the pepper. Brush all over the pork chops. Broil 4 minutes per side or until cooked to 145 degrees.
