Ingredients

  • Apricot Jell-o Salad
  • 2 small apricot or orange jell-o gelatins
  • 1 large can apricots – cut into pieces
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 cup crushed pineapples
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

DRAIN BOTH FRUITS TOGETHER AND RESERVE ALL JUICE.
Mix water & jell-o, add 1 cup fruit juice & let cool. Add apricots & pineapple let set.

TOPPING: ½ cup sugar, 2 T flour, 1 whole egg, 1 cup fruit juice.
Mix flour & sugar, add egg & juice. Cook until it thickens, Add 2 T. butter. Cool. Fold in ½ pint whipped cream, spread on Jell-o.
