Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
- 1 (8oz) can pineapple
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 pound (ounces) sliced lean baked or boiled ham
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook rice according to package directions. Put rice in the casserole dish and set aside.
2. Combine the soup, pineapple with juice, water, and brown sugar in a microwaveable bowl. Heat, covered, on high until the mixture begins to boil, about 1 minute
3. Pour half of the soup mixture over the rice. Arrange the ham on top of the rice and pour the remaining souop mixture over it.
4. Baker covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
