Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 c. cooked chicken, cut lg.
  • 2 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 c. diced celery
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 2 c. buttered cornflake crumbs (made from 6 c. cornflakes)
  • 1 T. dried onion flakes
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs, hard-cooked
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together chicken, chicken soup, mayonnaise, celery, rice, onion flakes, lemon juice, salt and eggs and put into 2 1/2-quart casserole. Top with nuts and cornflake crumbs. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
