Ingredients
- 1 (10-oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables, cooked
- 1 1/2 c. cooked cubed chicken breast
- 1 c. potatoes, cooked and cubed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. skim milk
- 1 T. chopped onion
Preparation
Step 1
In a 1 1/2-quart baking dish, combine all ingredients. Bake in a preheated 450 oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and top with unbaked biscuits (canned or homemade) and return to oven for an additional 15 minutes.
