Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 T. flour Pepper to taste
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 pkgs. chopped broccoli
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs; add both cheeses, flour, salt and pepper. Drain broccoli; stir in egg mixture. Pour into greased 9 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake for 30 to 35 minute, until firm and pulls away from pan. Loosen and serve.
