Breakfast Casserole

  • 1 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 12 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425. Put rolls in the bottom of 7 x 11-inch pan. Put sausage over rolls. Pour beaten eggs over sausage. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 15 minutes.
