Brussels Sprouts Dijon

Ingredients

  • 1 * 1 lb Brussels sprout, trimmed with x cut on bottom
  • 2 * 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 * 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 * 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 * 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place sprouts and water in a 1 quart casserole dish.
2. Cover and microwave on high 7 minutes or until tender-crisp then drain.
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. Toss together to coat sprouts.
5. Serve.
