Grilled Raspberry-Glazed Chicken

  • 1/2 c raspberry jam
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 c fresh raspberries



Step 1

1. In small bowl mix jam and mustard.
2. Carefully brush grill rack with canola or vegetable oil. Place chicken over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 20 to 25 minutes, brushing occasionally with jam mixture and turning once, until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170 deg). Discard remaining jam mixture.
3. Serve topped with raspberries.
