Ann Cromwell's Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients together. Put in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish or pan. Top with Chinese or chow mein noodles. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
