Ingredients

  • 2 ounces iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup tomato, diced, about 1 1/2 ounces
  • 1 tsp green onion, sliced--Delete
  • 1 oz cheese,shredded
  • 1 piece bacon, cooked
  • 2 T ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix everything together and serve.

Makes 1 serving

This was very good and I added sliced chicken breast to it.
