Ingredients
- 1 (18 0oz) pkg. ready-to-bake puff pastry sheets
- 2 nectarines, halved, pitted, and thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. raw sugar
- 1/2 tea. cinnamon
- creme fraiche or whipped cream, to serve
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Use a 4" round cutter to stamp out 8 circles from the pastry and place on baking sheet.
Arrange the slices of nectarine overlapping on the circles of pastry, leaving 1/2" clear around the edges. Brush the slices with the melted butter. Mix the sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the fruit.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until well-risen, golden brown, and bubbling.
Sereve immediately with whipped cream.
